Payment Terms

These Payment Terms govern all transactions made through Offerrewardgrid services available at offerrewardgrid.net. By completing a purchase or subscribing to any service, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any payment.


1. Acceptance of Payment Terms

By accessing or using any paid features of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Payment Terms. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with any purchase or subscription.

These Payment Terms form part of our general Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and any applicable service agreement.


2. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on our platform are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. Offerrewardgrid reserves the right to display prices in alternative currencies for international clients, subject to real-time exchange rate conversions applied by the payment processor.

Prices for services are clearly listed prior to checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid in full.

2.1 Taxes and Duties

Displayed prices may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your billing location. Any applicable goods and services tax, value-added tax, or similar consumption tax will be calculated and displayed during checkout where required. You are solely responsible for any import duties, local taxes, or other charges imposed by your country of residence.


3. Accepted Payment Methods

All payment transactions are processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not store full card details on our servers. Payment data is handled in accordance with applicable security standards.


4. Billing and Invoicing

Upon successful payment, an invoice or payment confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your billing information and email address are accurate and kept up to date.

4.1 Subscription Billing

Where services are offered on a recurring subscription basis, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle. The billing cycle length (monthly, quarterly, or annual) is selected at the time of subscription setup.

You will receive advance notice of any upcoming renewal charge in accordance with our standard notification practices. Continued use of the service after a renewal date constitutes acceptance of the renewed charge.

4.2 One-Time Payments

For non-recurring services or one-time purchases, payment is due in full at the time of order placement. Access to the purchased service or resource will be granted once payment has been confirmed.


5. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Where a free trial period is offered, no payment will be collected during the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.

Promotional discounts and coupon codes must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retroactively. Only one promotional code may be applied per transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise.


6. Failed Payments and Declined Transactions

If a payment attempt fails, we will notify you via the email address registered to your account. It is your responsibility to resolve the issue within a reasonable time. Access to paid features may be suspended if payment remains outstanding beyond the period specified in the notification.

We reserve the right to retry a failed recurring payment up to three times within a defined period before suspending or cancelling the subscription. Any associated bank fees or charges resulting from a failed transaction are your sole responsibility.


7. Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund policy is as follows:

7.1 Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@offerrewardgrid.net. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing cycle unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7.2 Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

Service non-delivery: If a paid service was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side, a full or partial refund may be issued.

Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded promptly upon verification.

Significant service deficiency: If the service materially fails to perform as described, you may submit a refund request within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the original payment date will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

7.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

— Services that have been fully delivered and consumed

— Custom or bespoke work that has commenced

— Subscription fees for periods already elapsed

— Charges resulting from your failure to cancel before a renewal date


8. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorised or incorrect, you should contact us at support@offerrewardgrid.net before initiating a chargeback through your bank or card issuer. We will make every effort to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. If a chargeback is found to be unwarranted, we reserve the right to recover associated fees and reinstate any outstanding balance.


9. Account Suspension for Non-Payment

Accounts with outstanding balances will be subject to the following escalation process:

1–7 days Payment reminder sent via email
8–14 days Access to premium features restricted
15–30 days Account suspended pending payment
30+ days Account may be terminated and data scheduled for deletion

We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before taking account action. Reactivation of a suspended account requires settlement of the full outstanding balance.


10. Changes to Pricing and Plans

Offerrewardgrid reserves the right to revise service pricing, plan structures, or billing frequencies at any time. Existing subscribers will receive no less than 30 days written notice of any material pricing changes affecting their active subscription.

Continued use of the service following the effective date of a price change constitutes your acceptance of the revised pricing.


11. Security of Payment Information

We take the security of payment information seriously. All transactions are processed over encrypted connections. We do not store sensitive card data on our systems. Payment processing is handled by certified third-party providers who comply with applicable data security standards.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We will never request your full payment card details via email, phone, or chat.
