About Offerrewardgrid

Design
before
the build

A consultancy focused on UX research and web service prototyping for teams who need to validate ideas before committing to development.

Offerrewardgrid works with product teams, startups, and independent operators navigating the gap between an idea and a functioning digital service. The work is specific: wireframes, interaction flows, prototype testing, and the reasoning behind each structural decision.

Remote-first

Every session runs online. Clients in Sydney, Warsaw, and Dubai receive the same structured process.

How the work gets done

Structure first, aesthetics later

Most teams arrive with a Figma file that looks polished but breaks under user testing. The consultations at Offerrewardgrid begin with information architecture and user journeys, not visual treatment.

Sessions are structured around a specific deliverable — a clickable prototype, a tested flow, or a documented decision log that development teams can act on without interpretation.

  1. 01 Intake audit: review of existing assets, a short brief, and identification of where the current structure fails users before any design work begins.
  2. 02 Prototype sessions: working calls using Figma or Whimsical, producing testable artefacts clients can share with stakeholders the same week.
  3. 03 Decision documentation: each structural choice is recorded with rationale, so future contributors understand why the layout works the way it does.
The people behind the sessions

Specialists, not generalists

Offerrewardgrid keeps a deliberately small permanent team. Each consultant carries a narrow depth of focus rather than a broad portfolio of services.

Gareth Wyn-Davies

Lead UX Consultant

Focuses on navigation systems and form architecture. Works primarily with SaaS teams and internal tooling products where user error rates are measurable.

Research before recommendations

Suggestions are grounded in session data and documented user behaviour, not conventions borrowed from similar products.

Structured output every time

Each consultation ends with a written summary and at minimum one artefact — a flow, a wireframe, or a decision record.

Timezone-distributed scheduling

Sessions are booked across UTC-8 to UTC+10. Clients in different regions work with the same team without handoffs.

Direct communication, no account layer

Clients correspond with the consultant running their sessions. There is no intermediary managing the relationship on either side.

Working with clients across industries

The service covers B2B platforms, client portals, booking systems, and internal dashboards. The common thread is complexity that visual design alone does not resolve.
